Now Hiring: Maintenance Mechanic
Shift/Schedule: Mon - Fri
Pay: Base + Shift Differential = $26.90/hour (+ based on experience)

What You�ll Do

Perform repairs, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for all electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems to support both production and non-production related equipment in accordance with established standards.
Manages equipment calibrations, programmable device configurations and systems hardware to resolve maintenance issues, improve equipment reliability, minimize equipment downtime, and support improvement activities for productivity and yield enhancement.
Assist in the execution of process validation, tooling, or package development testing to support organizational efficiency and process improvements.
Collaborate with engineering and other cross functional groups to ensure equipment downtime is communicated in a timely fashion and that decisions are in alignment with productions needs and overall company initiatives.
Generates daily work logs to track work orders and status of ongoing project assignments to ensure department resources are appropriately utilized.
Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable regulatory requirements while following the company�s Good Manufacturing Practices.

What You�ll Need

Associate�s degree in Electromechanical Technology or related field
Working knowledge of electrical circuits, PLC troubleshooting, repair, and programming.
Previous experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Journeyman certification
