Position Overview: The Human Resources Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Human Resources and will be the dedicated Plant Human Resources Manager responsible to overseeing the development and administration of all human resources activities with our food and beverages manufacturing plant in Germantown, WI. Specifically, this position oversees a team of HR professionals to ensure effective payroll, benefits, LOA, recruiting, compensation, employee relations and development programs in coordination with corporate support teams. The Human Resources Manager will also partner with business leaders and modify programs to meet business objectives while ensuring legal compliance.
