We’re looking for an IT Project Manager who loves partnering with teams to turn ideas into delivered, working solutions. You’re organized, curious, and motivated by improving how work gets done — not just completing tasks.
This role has high visibility and ownership, and the way you manage projects will shape how technology is implemented, experienced, and scaled across the company.
Lead technology projects end-to-end
Define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resource plans, budgets, and success criteria
Develop detailed project plans and track progress (Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar)
Coordinate internal teams + external vendors for successful execution
Maintain project backlog, prioritize work, and ensure alignment with business outcomes
Lead production releases, rollouts, and change management
Publish clear, consistent updates to leadership and stakeholders
Use Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid delivery models as appropriate
Own documentation quality, schedule adherence, and risk/issue management
Conduct retros to continuously improve project performance
Model and uphold all company Quality, Safety, Integrity, and GFSI standards
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
2–5 years of IT project management experience
Experience applying Agile or Scrum in IT / software / enterprise environments
Skilled with modern PM tools (Azure DevOps, Asana, Jira, Trello, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
Strong organizational skills + ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Advanced computer literacy; knowledge across operating systems, networks, service desk environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Problem-solving mindset and comfort working in fast-moving environments
Strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting skills
Bonus
PMP, PRINCE2, A-CSPO, or Scrum Master
Experience with AWS / Azure / Google Cloud
ITIL knowledge and cybersecurity best practices awareness
