Now Hiring: Filler Operator
Shift/Schedule: Mon - Fri
Pay: Base + Shift Differential = $25.50/hour (+ based on experience)

What you�ll do

Follow Gehl Foods safety standards, GMPs, and regulatory requirements
Operate and monitor production line equipment to protect food safety, quality, and customer specs
Learn and perform SIP (Sterilize-in-Place) and/or CIP (Clean-in-Place) on assigned filler
Perform basic clean/inspect/lube and basic PMs
Support start-ups, troubleshooting/adjustments, stops/resets, and shutdowns; clear jams and escalate issues as needed
Complete accurate changeovers, line clears, and set up packaging/coding for the next item
Complete required quality checks (incl. CCPs) and maintain accurate written + electronic documentation (incl. MES)
Track production and inventory to support efficient line performance
Maintain a clean, orderly work area and complete environmental cleaning tasks
Participating in shift handoffs + team meetings
Safely operate forklifts as needed

What you�ll need

6+ months� experience in manufacturing, packaging, or assembly
Strong attention to detail, organization, and observation skills
Basic math skills
Able to read, write, and follow instructions in English
Able to perform in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
